They were from my engagement photo shoot. We took them at the Smokey Mountain National Park last year.

Here are my vendors thus far

Photography ~ Randy Chapman
Officiant ~ Pastor Kirk Bane. I have to say he is a wonderful man. If you are
looking for a more religious (Christian non-denominational)
ceremony, he is your man. He is so nice too.
Hairstylist/Makeup ~ Anna from Makeover Majic.
Invitations ~ Impressions I have to say that I was surprised by them. I had
heard such bad things about her. I got my invitations quickly
and without mistake. I will say that she isn't the best at
answering her emails, but you can just call her. There was only
one mistake she made before I ordered the invitations. She put
the wrong font, but I like what she showed me so I didn't say
anything.

Everything looks so fantastic - congratulations! Where did you get your cake servers from? They're beautiful! :)

I love your invitations. Impressions is the only place I've seen them and I'm too nervous from all the stories I've heard to order from them. Roughly how much do they cost?

Well, they are on the pricy side. I paid a little over $300 for 25. I know I am insane.

Here is a general breakdown
Invitations - $153 (I imagine this number doesn't change drastically when you order more invites.)
Ribbon - $19.45
Lined Inner Envelopes - $16
Disney Licensing - $53.55
Shipping - $34.90
Tax $16.94

There was also an assembly fee for adding on the ribbon.

Some tips for anyone looking at buying these
- the licensing fee is a % and not a flat rate
- you can assemble the ribbons yourself
- when paying for assembly you do it per invitation. Say you order 50 but, only need assembly on 38 of them; she will only assemble and charge for 38.
- foil is far more expensive then ink. I was quoted over $1000 for the same invites with the foil.
- also I say call her. She answers her phone more than she emails. Also, she has a lot more than what is on her website. She can pretty much do whatever you want Disneywise.
- Also the shipping can not be dropped if you pick them up directly from her. It is the cost of shipping them to her from the printers and not to you.

Thanks that helps alot!

Since we are having a small wedding, I didn't want the traditional guestbook, because most of it would be blank. I decided that I would do an interesting scrapbook for my guestbook instead.

I am sending out these cards, and asking guests to fill it with their fav story of us or a wedding wish.

When I get them back I am going to put them in a scrapbook, with each guest having there own page. Then I will add a picture of them at our wedding to that page.

The scrapbook

a page of the paper stock

I really wanted it to be on display at the wedding, but realized the envelopes would be in the plastic. I wasn't sure what to do, but then I saw a disbride use a autograph book for the guest book. I think it is perfect, so I am going to steal (oops, I mean borrow. :rolleyes1 ) her idea. I wish I could give credit to the bride, but I forget her name.

Also, I got my unity candle and tapers in.

The tapers are plain, but I think I am going to add crystals to them.

Love your guest book idea. I had guests sign the pages Cori included in our wedding album. And had someone take pics of all the guests and they signed that page of my other guest book i got through disneyshopping. Love the different ideas.

dear me holly! Those chiavari chairs are pricey! but they are beautiful!

I hope they don't kill you with the final price- it all sounds really pretty. Let us know...

Love the scrapbook! And thanks for the breakdown on your floral items. I am sending this to SIL for her to see.

:goodvibes

That was a great idea sharing your floral proposal. I just got my revised one today and will have to share it in my planning journal too.

I have one Matron of Honor, my best friend Becca. Ty is having his college roommate Jeremy be the Best Man. We have no other attendants. As for the MOH dress, I am letting her pick it herself. I told her either Black, Champagne, or purple for the color.

For the welcome Party, I am still going round and round on that. As of right now, we are doing a welcome dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe. I think that I am going to cancel that and go with a ice cream social at Ghiridelhi's. I have been trying to find a number for them to see if I can arrange something, so we are not all waiting in line.
