PS timing...when should I call?

We are going to be in WDW Dec 3-10 and wondered when to call for dining(we are offsite (in a renatl home) and so have no dining package...wish we could have one though!!)
There are 8 of us so I am afraid it will be hard to get seats.

Welcome! You can call 90 days before at 7am!
There's a PS calculator as the other poster showed you, to help you figure out what day that would be. I made mine for 13 people and didn't have any trouble. Good Luck and enjoy!
