one question For making a PS for the Character Breakfast in the plaza inn. on Aug 18 when do i need to call?

do you need a credit card when calling?

You can make your PS reservations 60 days prior.. For August 18th you can call on June 18th. They will ask for your name and a contact phone number. No credit card required.

Just called for a ressie for 8/17 and the earliest they have is 0810, no 0710 opening. I wonder when it does open at 0710. The CM could not look farther out.
