PS on MM day question

We get one MM on our tickets, and have PS for Minnie & Friends during MM, but NOT on the day we want to use our it (following me so far? ). Do they run your ticket when you enter for breakfast? Will it deduct the MM from the ticket, even though we're only going to eat breakfast? Thanks

There is a special line to the left of the entrance for people who are going for Minnie's breakfast to enter through - not the MM entry line. They walk you to the restaurant. As far as it deducting for your MM I'm not sure but I personally wouldn't chance it. They will scan your ticket to get in and the computer is not going to know whether you are at MM or bfast.
