PS help for December?

Okay I know its alittle early but I'm a planner!

Okay Arrive 12/17 check in @ VWL & go to MK/LTT/MVMCP
12/18: Late breakfast somewhere, WCC or near BCV??
12/18: Dinner in Epcot @ Either Rose & Crown or Chefs de France or somewhere on the boardwalk? Spoodles, or Yauthman's Steak House. What time to be back in time for Illumations?
12/19: AK Late breakfast @ boma time??
12/19: MGM: Dinner 50's PT Cafe & then Fantasmic
So I need ideas, thoughts & times! Times?

We are going in Dec and I have all our meals planned! It is never to early to think about the yummy meals at Disney restaurants.

Spoodle's and Yachtsman are our 2 favorite restaurants at WDW. We have never missed going to both during every trip since they opened.

On the 18th, you could have breakfast at Cape May if you want to be at the Beach Club. They have a buffet with characters. The food is very good and it is not as hectic and loud as some character meals. Also close to Epcot for breakfast is Spoodle's. It would be a great choice if you don't want a buffet and/or character meal.

If you plan to leave Epcot for dinner, I would make my PS for around 6:30. You would have time to eat and get back and find a good place to watch Illuminations.

I think a good time for a late breakfast is around 10.
