PS for this month

We had made a few PS when we made our reservations 6 months ago, and got what we wanted. Last night I found out that our son is going to join us, but the ones we made didn't always fit his schedule. So, I called today. Had no problem getting the new ones at the times we wanted. This is for the end of this month. How busy is it really that this was so easy?
