PS for meals other than Cindys. How difficult?

We are going in may and have decidede to skip trying to make a PS for Cindy's beakfast. Instead, we are going to try the Perfectly Princess Tea party, the new Princess dinner in Norway, and a dinner at the castle. To get these PSs, do I also need to rise at the crack of dawn and call at 6:59 AM; or would it be fairly easy to get these by calling later in the day (still on the 90 days out date)?
