Proud mom moment...

My dd did her first ice skating gala today, she was so ill, she has a high fever but skated her little heart out, she is now calpoled up to the eye balls and slept all the way home
i just wanted to share...sorry
im very proud of her, but watching some of the older skaters makes you realise how far she has to go

Please tell your DD well done from us too! I do hope she's feeling better. My daughter has been feverish this week as well and I couldn't imagine her being able to go out and skate like this, so I think your daughter deserves and extra special WELL DONE!
