I have heard that cabin numbers 8072, 8074, & 8076 are rather noisy with a lot of movement coming from Mickey's pool etc up above. Funny enough the reason I picked these cabins was because of their proximity to the pools etc through the day for popping up & down to cabin without using the elevators and would be quiet at night after mid night. We have 5 small children 2 - 9 yrs of age with us aso I would not want too much noise, but then again we are prepared for kids noise on a Disney cruise. Anyone who has used these cabins I would be grateful for any Pros & Cons. Thanks for any good or bad feedback.:cool1:

We were in 8078 and had no issues with noise. The location was great for going up one floor for food, pools, drink station, etc. If we sail the magic again, I will request this same room. I think you will love any of these rooms!

I can only tell you about our experience....

We stayed in the connecting rooms right next to there - 8068 and 8070 - on the Magic several years ago. We noticed the deck chair noise probably twice all week, but it wasn't a problem. I am not a morning person, so it would have been very disturbing if this woke us up!

We had 4-year-olds with us on that cruise and it didn't disturb nap times or bedtime for them either.

I stayed in 8076 on my very first cruise on the magic and have no memory of being disturbed by noise from above. My two kids were 7 at the time and noone had any problem sleeping.

Thanks for your replies. This is very comforting to know. As I said in my initial post, some daytime noise is to be expected, after all we are not going on a sedate Cruise. I think that when something is expected it increases your tolerance anyway, and as long as we can give the toddler some nap time, but I cannot see her leaving the deck anyway. Thanks
