Personally, I wouldn't ever do 3 ADRs in 1 day, too much time and food. We do the deluxe, but just with 2 ADRs per day. That's mostly just a personal preference, and you may be fine... Except if squeezing 3 ADRs into a single day, you need to be very conscious of geography. Where are you staying, that's quite important?
Your kids are the same ages as mine, so I assume you're not going to want to be getting back to the hotel at 10 pm, meaning you're dinners can't be too late, AND you need to budget travel time.

I see you're Disney veterans. So I'll assume you've done it before and know that it's right for you.

Thanks havoc315 - I see your point. We can't do 3 sit downs everyday, but a few a vacation are good for us. Have you tried any of these?

Of your "new" restaurants, we did LTT and Via Napoli. You may be able to find our reviews -- LTT was simple fairly good home-style cooking. Via Napoli was very good authentic Neapolitan pizza.

For any days you are planning 3 ADRs, just be very conscious of te locations and travel times. Might not be so bad, if te restaurants are very close to your hotel.

My fiance and I have done WCC dinner twice and absolutely loved it each time. We got the skillet meal and left feeling super full and happy!

My family really enjoyed Via Napoli on our last trip. The kids had the margherita pizza, I had the quattro formaggi pizza, and DH had the pepperoni pizza. All of them were very good. Luckily, we all thought our own was the best. DH said that his dessert (coppa di brutti ma buoni) (cherry sundae) was possibly the best dessert he ever had. DD15 and I had the ricotta cheese fritters with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and really enjoyed them. I will have a hard time deciding between these 2 desserts next time we go. Via Napoli is on our "for sure" list for this year.

Our server was fine, not great but not terrible, either. I saw other tables getting bread before dinner and asked her how much the bread basket was and she said it was free and would get us some if we wanted. She seemed a little put out. I was a little surprised that she didn't ask us sooner if we wanted some, but maybe that is their policy. :confused3
