I’m fooling around the Anaheim permitting site and here’s what I’ve gleaned:

Soils report was reviewed by city 5/7, corrections requested.
Drainage study was reviewed 5/26, corrections requested.
Water quality management plan reviewed 5/15, corrections requested.
Sewer study reviewed 5/15, approved.

So it’s definitely moving along nicely behind the scenes

We are waiting on ROFR for VGC right now and dream of buying this one too.

They have since held the first public hearing, via teleconference. It was pretty typical.

There was a town hall webinar for Anaheim residents in the Walnut Street neighborhood next to the planned project on Thursday, May 21. Project plans for the Disneyland DVC project are still under review by the city of Anaheim.

There is a series of reviews, so there is more to come. They say the designs are evolving, and Anaheim isn't going to approve a CUP until the designs are through hearings and fairly final. Because part of the design involves a sound wall and a residential area facing, that part has to be solid pre-approval.
