Property Appraisals & Annual Dues

I noticed this under the DVC news links here, but didn’t see a thread discussing it.


I’m sure there will be other factors (SSR renovations, AKV animal care, etc.) But does anyone have a general idea of how this may affect dues?

BLT and OKW seem reasonable, but some of these at 10% seems like a decent jump.

Taxes are added to dues as actual value. They are not part of any caps to dues increases.
