he wants to withdraw the plea

someohow I don't think he'd be trying to wtihdraw th guilty plea if he'd been given the death penalty...

his purpose was clearly to (1) get a platform to address the American public and (2) become a martyr. you can't do that in a maximum security jail cell in Colorado when you six life terms and have no further court proceedings....

Hmm, isn't that interesting. Why are we supposed to believe he was lying then as opposed to lying now.

BTW--love your username.

thanks, disneymom...

frm what I read, he doesn't have a snowball's chance of revoking the guilty plea...hes going to colorado to rot...

I thought the jury did the right thing from the get-go.

He wanted a platform, he wanted ot go out in a blaze of glory as a martyr.

Instead he'll go out with a whimper, like every other coward.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe it is not even possible to withdraw a guilty plea in a Federal case. I guess he's going to have to wait a good long time to see those virgins  .
