Proof that I am a complete idiot

I am always listening to my MP3 player, always. Especially when I am at my computer.

So today I picked up my laptop and put the ear buds into my ears. So I was sitting there, dis'ing, writing, and what not. Something didn't seem quite right though... It took about 15 minutes before I realized I didn't even turn my darnded player on! So I sat there, on my computer, with ear buds in my ears that played nothing! Proof that I am a complete idiot! heh.

Eh, that happens to me. Except I'll be listening to this song, and like 3/4 of the way into it, I'm like, "Ah wait, why am I listening to this? It wasn't the song I wanted." It doesn't even dawn on me until I'm almost done with it. Haha.

Last year I was on the internet, listening to my iPod. Or at least, I thought I was. It took me half an hour to realize I wasn't listening to anything. To top that off, I had my earbuds in the wrong ears!!​

Today, I had to go buy a b-day present for a friend. I almost always bring my iTrip player w/ me so I can listen to music. I didn't hear the music. I thought my speakers were bad. Nope, that wasn't it. It took me a little time that the player wasn't hooked into the cigarette lighter. DUH...

Something like that happened to me too. When I was listening to my itunes songs on my computer I waited about 10 minutes and nothing was playing. I then noticed I didn't take the volume off mute.
