do you have to take any sort of proof to get the bride and groom ears or pins? we leave in 4 days. :)

No, all you need is your cash, which disney is very good at separating from your wallet. LOL

Unfortunately, no. I think the should require it though. I've heard many things on the wedding board and elsewhere about parents allowing children to buy the bride and groom ears to wear. I think they should be reserved for those really celebrating their new life together.

I think people need to remember that it's disney world and after all it's just a hat/pin it's not the end of the world if you see a child running around with a bride or groom hat on. heck I had a goofy hat when I was 8 that doesnt make me goofy. I just liked the hat.

Likewise, I think you should have to show proof that you are really a pirate before you go around wearing the pirate ears! ;)

What about those who are really celebrating an anniversary at Walt Disney World? Should we have to carry around the marriage record to buy a set of Mickey ears?

No proof needed... just buy one! :thumbsup2 I saw them for sale in park gift shops. I also saw little girls wearing them... I didn't see it as a negative thing, I just thought of it as being part of the "little girls dress-up imagination" that they have! :goodvibes

:confused3 WHOAH... Just stating my opinion.... As is everyone else I guess... If parents want to let their little children run around in bride and groom ears, so be it. I just think some things should be kept special. I wouldn't go and get a "It's my birthday" button and wear it around to get special treatment or recognition or for any other reason if it really wasn't my birthday... That's all i meant... :confused3
