Proof of LOS for DAS

What can be used to provide proof of length of stay when getting the DAS? Would an printed email from Disney showing the room reservation and park tickets bought? A receipt from the front desk when we check in? What have other people used?

They are for 14 days unless you are an annual passholder. After the 14th day just take it to GS for a new one.

When I got a DAS card for my DD, they just asked me how long we were staying. We weren't asked to provide any proof.
