Pronlem with TIVO, please, help!

This morning, as I turned on my TV, the screen was on "Tivo Central" with "My Shows" higlighted. It won't change from that, no matter what buttons on the remote control I press. The light on the remot works, and when I press the buttons on it the light on the Tivo works, but no change.

The remot turns the tv on and off just fine, but it wont change anything on the Tivo

I don't know what else to do. Please help!

We've had this problem before. We just unplug it for ten seconds then plug it back in. It reboots the system and it works fine!
