Promotion at Disney World Resort

Does anyone know what the promotion is when you spend (X) amount is a disney store at a park?

ie: towel, watch, backpack, throw blanket...etc

I know you have to purchase this as well, but got a backpack once and a throw blanket.

At the beginning of July it was a woven throw blanket and mickey head backpack, not sure if it still is or not
