Project Runway Season 9 Starts July 28th!

Tonight's show is going to be a disaster. :sad2: Teams working together.:headache:

Let the cliques begin! :crazy2: :headache:

I guess this season the designers only know how to work on their own when they are making stupid costumes.

Those judges are sneaky-OR they are simply editing the comments to make us think someone else would win........I really thought Oliver was the winner!

:rotfl2:

:rolleyes1

I wish Joshua would give eybrow lining lessons-his are divine-and he arches them a lot
:)

The team that lost, really deserved to lose. I am not sure I agree with who went home, but it was only a matter of time before they left.

I can't stand Josh. He's just poison. Good designer, and good drama though, which is why they keep him. Glad he was in the bottom two though....maybe that will serve as a lesson.

Will someone please spoil it for me? I missed tonight and can't find the info anywhere!

I really wish they would focus less on the drama and more on the design and construction of the clothes. I can tune into any other reality tv show, or a good old fashion drama for that crud. Joshua needs to go.

I was fine with who left. I found them a lot more annoying than Josh, whose designs I love. On a side note-- we went to the city today and saw Bryce at H+M! He was with a boyfriend who was encouraging him to buy stuff --saying that he could since he was on TV now!

Agree. For this show I fast forwarded to the end. Sometimes I just can't take it.

So for me, I thought both teams did well despite the cattiness.

Not sure I agree with the winner, I did love the dress. The winning team certainly deserved the accolades they got. It was the first time I actually felt like I was watching Project Runway.:thumbsup2

As a side note I was watching Heidi on QVC last night selling her jewelry. It is Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and QVC has been there selling many designers. I tune in from time to time. It has been interesting.

Ok My preditions for Final 3

Viktor, Joshua, Anya

I have to give Joshua a :thumbsup2 for really listening to his customer and toning the dress down.

Oliver was cracking me up-poor kid wanted a flat, silent model:lmao:

I never thought I'd say this, but I loved Joshua's dress.

After seeing Oliver work with actual clients I don't think he is going to have a future as a designer with his own line. He may be good working for someone but I don't see him working with customers one on one.

Yeah, that was really funny! I laughed when they were at Mood and he asked Tim about double D cups. :lmao:

I absolutely loved Joshua's dress. Loved it!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Me too-Joshua has a hard time editing things=and I'd buy that dress-it was darling:lovestruc

I agree 100% on what you said about Oliver

And Burt........................boring:rolleyes1

I hated Anya's dress. I thought it was horribly ugly and I would never in a million years wear it.

Josh's dress was adorable! Its like what DH would describe that I would wear.

Loved Victor's and I really thought he would win!

Oliver will never make it as a designer if he can't work with clients, BUT those clients were really freaking annoying!

I agree with most of what you're saying. He is not very personable. However, I found his client really annoying though.

Oh yes, his client was definitely annoying! I just don't think is ready to work with actual people with different body and personality types yet.

 Oh, I agree. I think he is talented. I wish he'd use some colorful fabrics. He is young and a little immature. He still hasn't learned that the ultimate goal is to make the client happy.

For all that they dinged Bert for creating a dress you could find "anywhere", I actually OWN a dress so similar to Josh's that I think he stole the idea from his last trip to the tanning salon at my mall.

I agree - I've seen that little black dress a few times; I think I actually owned one a few years ago, too. It's something you could definitely get at Lord & Taylor.

Is it just me, or were most of the dresses way too tight? I thought Bert's was, although I liked it.

Hated Anya's so I was sure it would win. And at least I got one thing right - first thought I had about Anthony Ryan's was "Cheerleader."
