Project Linus Toolkit - Help!

My mom signed up for Project Linus (well I signed her up because she is internet challenged) and now apparently you can't print the toolkit anymore. She made her blankets and now we don't have the info we need to send it or fill out to get the GAD voucher.

Does anyone have this saved or scanned who can send it to me? If you do I can can PM you my email address and I would be eternally grateful. Thanks!

ETA: This is for the national project and not a local project. I think it was Norman IL or Normal IL or something like that. Thanks again!

I had the same issue and emailed Carol, who got back to me within 24 hours with a pdf copy of the tool kit. You will need to get a copy of the kit unless you're smarter than me, since you have to mail in the final page with your names, etc. Otherwise, if you want to send me a pm with your email, I can send you the copy that Carol sent to me yesterday.

Thanks everyone! Another kind and terrific Diser had a copy saved on her computer and sent it to me yesteraday. I appreciate the responses. The Dis is such a friendly and caring place!
