What did you take a picture of today??

Hard to believe but I had mine taken by 7 a.m.! I took a shot out our bathroom window on the second floor overlooking our back yard with the pool and the shed and the trees in the woods all covered in snow. Maybe I'll try to take that same shot during the different seasons.

I haven't taken mine yet today, but I know what I'm going to take. Today is National Signing Day for high school football players signing with colleges. Now, I know no one personally who is signing, but I'm going to dress SIOLB up in his UT onesie that says "Rookie, 1/2" on the back and take his picture. Yes, DH & I are such sports freaks that we celebrate National Signing Day. . .and we also celebrate the day MLB pitchers and catchers report for the new season. Sad, huh??

My picture today will either be me after my haircut or DS home sick. My hair might be the one to do. I only go in for a trim, but she always dries/styles it in some wierd way (at least to me it's wierd) and that's the only day it every looks that way!!! This will be a good way to have me in these photos rather than just DS, DH, and the cats!

We have real snow! I have a bunch of photos of the kids in the snow and also the pretty snow before it was stomped on. I'll pick the best one.

This is a big day for us too- we are huge college football fans! What's funny is you and I both root for UT- just different states on the end.

Today's picture will probably be of DS with my parents at lunch. I need to balance my pictures because I have a good amount of DS and not as much of DD. She's just at school for a good part of the day, so it's 'easier' to get DS.

I like the idea of the seasons pictures, except Texas doesn't really have seasons. It's either HOT or mild. And nothing exciting with the trees and grass- either dead or green. Nothing in between.

That's pretty much it! Except for the occasional ice that forms in January. But it is usually hot from March until early November, then its mild.

it's so funny for me because dh's fav restaurant that we NEVER go to the menu is....

a roastbeef sandwich
or a sandwich or roastbeef
and finally
roastbeef sandwich!!!!!

it's more of an old mens club sorta thingy and they just never came out of the dark ages.

he said a couple of weeks ago can we go to **** for my bday???
are ya kiddin' me???

ok, let me know how you and bubba enjoyed it! 'cause i'm staying home!
