What did you take a picture of today?? :goodvibes

Today I will be staging yesterday's pic...forgot the camera for the job announcement on the computer...but I printed it, and have the stack of papers from my supervisor...

THEN

Tonight we are having a little party to honor my DS20 who got his AA diploma right before Valentine's day :love2: There will be lots of photo ops I'm thinking...

How are things going in your crap room, Debbie? :rolleyes1

I also call mine that but I really thought you made a funny typo in your other post! :) I got tagged by the tag fairy when I was talking about Sponge Bob and mistakenly said - It just craps me up - when I MEANT to say - it just CRACKS me up! ;)

Jill

:rotfl2: But I love your tag! It craps me up too :lmao:

My crap room is looking lots less crappy! Just a few more things to do, and it will be company ready :teeth: Marth Stewart, eat your heart out!! :rotfl:

my pic was of my 2 dogs staring up at my dh as he ate breakfast. You'd think they were never fed.

Spent the day with DH and took a bunch of pictures of him acting goofy. I will likely use a couple because I didn't get a picture yesterday.

DS bball game. It was heartbreaking though. Someone finally passed him the ball. He caught it and ran -- no dribbling. It was cute, but way too many people laughed. He is smart; he heard them. He cried later.

mine was of my bff at panera. we NEVER get to see each other any more, because of life and work shifts and other priorities. but we recently made a promise that we would get together for coffee or tea every other saturday no MATTER what. we meet up between 7 and 8 and i have to be at the pool with my son at 10:30. so i can meet my son and husband there. but yesterday there was no swim, so we went to kohls after. i spent most of the day with her. it was so much fun!

oh G I Joe! we love him. they make him at the same place they make the mr. potato head. i bought ds 2 statues of g i joe. one is the tomb of the unknown soldier and i think the other one is Iwo Jima. i actually bought 2 sets. one for ds and one for my bil (who's a big history buff). they are really nice. ds has not (by my decision) opened his yet because he will appreciate them a lot more when he's older. so they are just sitting on a shelf for now. i bought them when they would let you go in the factory and buy stuff. my bil has his displayed and they are really really nice pieces.

 I want those GI Joe statues too.

They are really into the authentic, 1970's GI Joe stuff and the reproductions as opposed to the little ones & silly looking big ones. Don't get me wrong, they still buy those and play with them. I have many vehicles & bases around. But they swoon over the authentic stuff. They crack me up.

i wish i could get you a set. i bought them when bubba was 2 (i think). so i've had them for 5 years. just sitting on a shelf. that was the last year that they let you go in the factory to buy the stuff. my mom bought him like 20 g i joes. and we put them away for him until he knew what the heck they were. they were just about giving them away. i don't think she paid more than 2.00 for each one. he showed interest one day and my mother was so excited. she asked dh to go up in the attic and get the big bag of them for him! he thought it was christmas all over again. now he thinks anytime he wants something dh can just go up in the toy store - i mean attic- and get it!!!!
it's a running gag around here!
