Regarding the above post - Royal Mail appear to have lost the newly signed documentation I sent back to ATOL, so much for recorded delivery!
'Unable to access delivery status'!
Waiting on hearing back from ATOL to double check they haven't received it so I can get a new copy signed and sent back. It's so frustrating just having emails to contact and not phone!!

What a shame! You must feel so frustrated! I am sure you will get sorted in the end - it's just hassle you could do without. Did you keep a copy of all of your paperwork? Perhaps you could fax them to ATOL to speed things up?
