I have a question!
For Indy, is it ok to burn the edges of the paper? Or is it bad for the photos?
I think it looks kind of cool but I want everyones photos to be safe.

I think as long as it's not the layer the photo goes on, it will be okay. So if it is the lower mat, or if it is an embellishment piece, title, etc. I don't care even if it is the photo layer, but I think as long as there is a buffer, it should be fine.

Also I was thinking of doing a topper that reads Indiana Jones Adventure but leaving "the temple or eyes of Mara" part off. Is this ok?

And for churros. Did you all know that the churro carts are themed out too? It just didnt dawn on me until I was doing research. Does anyone have any preferences? If not, Im going to do "generic", which ever cart I like best this weekend, topper and mats.

Besides the Oogie Boogie popcorn guy, there is an Abomindable snowman by the Matterhorn, a Dapper Dan on Main Street, there used to be a Country Bear, but I don't know if they still use that one. And I think there is one in Toontown too. Whatever you like best works for me.

26 hours! 3 years Hope? I did that once, when DS was a baby. We took him at 3.5 yrs. If I had to do a 3 year span again, Id go loopy!

Growing up, we used to go every 5 years, so I just need to get used to that span again. And it's not like I've been Disney deprived. In that time, I've been to WDW, I think, 5 times and I'm going again in June. It's just DL is my "home" park and I haven't seen it for awhile.

And yes to the IASW map, Pirates Lair map or any other piece of paper you think is interesting.

o knew all about the popcorn stands, ice cream, trash cans, bathrooms, etc but for some rason the churro carts never dawned on me. Maybe its because I usually didnt get them its always been DH and DS.
I would definitely say that you and I are not Disney deprived in the least Hope! DH is a little put out because he doesnt get to take a Discruise this year and has to wait until next year because we've been in 3, 5 and 7!
In addition to WDW and DL!
Any piece of paper that screams "Scrap Me!" to me I will get at least 2 of!

My large box, is slightly smaller than the recommended size, so I added a 3rd square to make up for it.

Everyone will have a different character combo. The words on the patterned paper, are the type I would come up with if I was brainstorming Walt/DL vacations (creative, inspiring, memories, together, etc)

Did you have a good trip? I didn't put together that you were there over Easter weekend, until now. Was it packed? We went over Easter in 1988, I don't remember it being a zoo. But I do remember that they had an egg hunt for kids in the Big Thunder Ranch. Don't think they do anything like that anymore. Good news, bad news, on our last day I won a free ticket! My Mom ended up selling it to a co-worker.

Those are great Hope! I have a big presentation due Thursday - once I am done with that, I hope to be able to start cutting and assembling this weekend. I hate when school gets in the way of swapping!

We had alot of fun! There were a couple of families we knew that we hung with. Hardly ever saw ds15 or his df17 except when they were sleeping!
Friday, walked on the rides, Sat PACKED, Sunday about 20 minute wait time so overall excellent trip!
Got to have a waterside table at BB with my monte cristo! Cant wait to use your piece, made sure I took pics!
Pixar parade was great, a little disappointed with DLs parade.

I went back to work for 10 days starting today so just wanted to say to MM~I KNOW!! I hate it when work gets in the way of swap/scrap! And Im in 10 groups!! Just have to watch my time!

Well, I was in 24 groups and I have 5 done. So I only have 19 more to go!

I did the other piece for Fantasyland today. So here is the complete group. The colors all look weird though. The wordle colors are a red red, green green, pink pink, and a periwinkle blue, although it doesn't look that way in the pic.

Wow. Those pieces are so incredible. I better re-think some of my ideas.

I am checking in...late. We have had a very exciting month (a death in the family and we found out that I am pregnant) and I am no further along than I was before. I plan on working on some things tomorrow. I should be able to get everything done on time still.

Holy moley, Hope! That is AMAZING!!! I soooooo love the Mexican boy. How big is he?

I have wanted SCAL for so long because I feel so restricted by CDS. And your work just proves that I need SCAL!

He is 5" tall. The brim of his hat is so big that it makes that part of him 5" wide too. But most of him is only 3" wide.

My progress- I have a 12 page paper due Friday and my finals next week. I have also snapped a muscle in my arm (its been a long, hard week). I will start working on these next week.
