Well, been on WW since the beginning of July, with DH and Mother, We have done amazing and are thrilled to see steady progress. My big problem is dinnertime, I am great during the day and usually lose it at night or on the weekends. I used to be pretty good at the beginning but you know how complacency can be. I have to say I am still at the 19.6, but I did gain a bit this week, then how do I say I am still at 19.6, it is that time and know I have enough fluid retention to fill Typhoon Lagoon.
I am back on track and plan to walk hopefully every day this week. I am somewhat limited because I must take DD 4 on my walks and she gets tired about mile and a half. I will succeed. Goal is still 30 by our trip and that is great for me, 54 days I think and I will do it.
