Professional Internship or CP?

.. This seems obvious. But just looking for some general advice. I applied to a bunch of PIs (alum and non-alum). I got into the CP again as a back up (as a vacation planner). Now I'm trying to decide whether or not I should take a PI if offered or withdraw my name for consideration.

Bear in mind, this is hypothetical. i haven't been offered a PI (yet!) but as the deadline for applications gets closer I am getting increasingly anxious.

I was seasonal on Splash from my last program, but couldn't get down to work for a while so my seasonal status expired. I just got into the MBA program at Rollins (20 minutes from WDW) starting in January after my program ends (with a full scholarship... YAY!). So, I really want to be a seasonal cast member while I go through the MBA program. That way I can pick up shifts and keep my perks and such. I don't know how possible/likely it is to be re-trained on Splash or to get part-time seasonal status somewhere else after my PI ends. Any thoughts or insight on this?

Also does anyone know how much the housing is at Patterson for PIs? I know that the housing costs more because they don't subsidize it to the rate they do for CPs. I only ask because I'll definitely live in Disney housing no matter what... and I'm trying to figure out how much extra $ I'd bring in as a PI as compared to a CP.

Just trying to weigh out the pro's and con's. Of course I know a PI looks better on a resume, but I have a pretty loaded resume as is and I'm really looking for jsut the experience of being a Disney cast member again. I'm starting to think that going seasonal after the CP is a big enough reason to do the CP instead of the PI.

This is what I found on the website about the cost of apartment rent for PIs. "One to three-bedroom apartments are available, and housing costs range from $125-133 per week depending on the size of the apartment and which apartment complex an intern is assigned to live in during his or her Disney Professional Internship."

Anyone have any info on re-training in an area you used to work? Like could I potentially re-train on Splash if my seasonal status expired in January?
