Process from Organization side and verification?

Does anyone know how the process works for GAD from the organization side? I am just curious. My family finished our project and I am waiting to see when it will be verified. The organization coordinator said she can do this as soon as Disney sends her the "confimation link". Will I then be sent an email from Disney saying this was done?

I guess I'm just a little nervous something will go wrong given comments from others that said they had issues. Probably needless but I am worrier :scared1:

Looking forward to our trip and so glad for this opportunity (both to help and for the pass)!! :cloud9:

Understandable!

Our volunteer date is in 2 days and I'm so looking forward to it.

But I'm also afraid something will go wrong in the end. Even though so far we are all signed up correctly!

Good luck with yours!

I did get an email. Prior to that, I kept signing in to manage account and checking to see if I was able to print my voucher yet or not. I believe it took 5 days from the time I completed until I was able to print the vouchers.

I found the training info here (scroll down to the video about verification) very helpful in seeing what the process looks like from the organization's side. http://www.handsonnetwork.org/disney/training.

Great! Thank you for the information and the link. Boy, Disney went through a lot to create the web page interfaces, the marketing, etc. I hope they decide to use this again sometime with maybe a few changes. However, IMO it was a great idea because it benefited so many...Disney (buy getting resort attendance, spending up for honestly who spends one day at the park!), the volunteer organizations, Hands on Network (getting the word out), and finally benefited the families who volunteered and had an opportunity to do something a project they may not have otherwise did.
