Problems with the Photopass website

Is anyone else experiencing problems with their photo's on Disney's photopass website? We had a photopass+ card

My photo's are mostly all there (I know that we had took which have not shown up) but one minute the borders are there and when I save one and go back to the original picture the borders have disappeared. I have logged in numerous times now, have used normal windows, chrome and firefox. I have cleared the cache etc (I use crap cleaner tool) numerous times.

I've finally had to email Disney as its so very frustrating :headache: as its been 2 weeks of this now and I only have 2 weeks left to order, but at this rate I won't get the photo's sorted.

Surely I can't be the only one? :mad:
 
I don't have any 'live' photos in my photopass account right now so i can't check for you but what you describe sounds all too familiar. Websites do not seem to be Disney's forte. I think the magic has been denied access to their sites!! I used to find that i had to close the page and log back in and that would allow me to do another few .... and repeat. Very frustrating. Yet some sessions it would work fine, albeit slow. Can you not rather phone them? With a bit of time pressure you could get an answer now rather than wait several days for a reply. Chances are that they are dealing with plenty of emails from others having similar issues so turnaround time for responses could be even longer
 
Yep - had these problems often.

I find that logging out and back in often solves it.
 
The only problem I had recently while editing my photos was that the website would crash while saving my edit and I would have to log back in, the edit was always saved though so it wasn't too frustrating.

One thing I will say though is the customer service from the photopass team has been fantastic. I've emailed them twice over the last 2 weeks about photos I realised were missing and both times I received a reply within 24 hours, and then my photos were found another 24 hours after that! Couldn't speak any higher of them
 

I've had the opposite from customer support. They don't look at previous messages and I have to keep explaining the issues over and over again. They've not even offered to look for missing photo's either. Very frustrating :headache:
 
We just got back yesterday and I've been trying to edit and put borders on my photos. I'm having all kinds of problems and it's very frustrating. Plus we have photos of 3 different families on our card, no idea how that happened because they are all photos that were taken before ours!
