Problems with the Entertainment Coupon??

This is our first trip to WDW and we will be renting a car for part of the trip....

I have been to Mousesavers, and have read all about using coupons and codes with National. However, I was wondering has anybody had a problem with using the Entertainment coupon, when you dont own the Entertainment book? Or should i buy the book?

I've used the entertainment coupon many times and have never been asked for the card. National has a coupon on their website, they don't even mention entertainment club:

I booked the National / Entertainment Book combo, but when i got my email confirmation, it said that the company association is "The Entertainment Publications 2004". I know that i am being picky, but i dont want to get there and find that we cant use it.

I just phoned National and they said that you dont HAVE to have the card with you. The coupon will suffice! Yeah!
