We just got a new computer (HP) that has onboard Realtek audio. When we plug in the speakers the sound can only be heard if the volume is turned all the way up. With headphones plugged in the volume level is ok. We know the the speakers work because they are the same ones we were just using on the old computer (also an HP).
We've gone into control panel and played with settings there, but no luck.
Any ideas of what else to try or what we may have missed?
