I purchased my Frozen Blue Ray/DVD/digital from the Disney Store online.
I was promised a "Free" lithograph and a code to get $20 back on my next $40 online purchase.

Well the DVD took 11 days to arrive. Looking at the tracking it circleed Atlanta for five days. Great job USPS! But it came. The Litho and code did not.

I called again yesterday and was told they ran put of Lithos. Okay so I wait until more come in? No, according to the CM on the phone, I just do not get it.

Did any one notice the words limited quantity or until we run out or anything like that when they purchased this off?

I feel like I was ripped off!

The code for $20 off your next purchase would have been emailed to you and the last day to use it was March 30th. I actually received the code twice, the original came on the 18th and then they sent me a reminder email on the 26th.

I did not get either email! Did you get the litho?

There was a "while supplies last" condition on the lithograph.

I was verbally told by the CM at our local store that the lithos were not guaranteed. They had already ran out when I was asking about pre-ordering from them back in Feb! She told me I just wouldn't get them. I ended up buying my Frozen dvd from Amazon and saved some money.

There is always fine print on the preorders that lithos are available while supplies last.

Bummer! I guess I did not read the fine print well enough!

The litho is listed on my account history but I guess in reality that will mean nothing. I wish they had removed the litho offer from the site when they ran out. I could have saved myself some money!

Thanks for your answers!

Sorry for your trouble Twende.

I must have ordered early enough since we did receive the lithographs. Somehow we got it the day before it was in stores too. I don't recall anything about $20 off but I guess it's too late for that now anyways.

I just wish there would have been a 3D version of the movie!

If they knew they were out in Feb and still kept advertising it, that is low down dirty cheating. Pretty much everyone was at that $19.99 range, so that litho was the tipping point for many people.

That was my local store that was out of lithos in February. I could find the date b/c I made a purchase at the store that day. It was at least a solid month before the movie was released.

I think they probably still had the lithos with an online movie purchase. I actually went online to buy but looked at the lithos and realized they were not worth paying more for the movie.

We did get the lithos but did not get the promo code email. This was actually the 3rd time we pre-ordered a movie and didn't receive the promo code. The first two times we didn't realize the code expired so quickly and by the time we contacted guest services it was no longer valid. However they issued us a merchandise credit for $20, which in my opinion was better because there was no minimum purchase required. This time we contacted guest services earlier and just received a replacement code.

If I were you, I would go to the Disney Store website, guest services and the contact us section. It will ask for your email address and what your problem is. Have your order # and explain that you never got your promo code.

It won't help with the lithographs but at least that way you should get the $20 to spend.

Me neither! When I called about my order I was told the email would be sent out 5-7 after it shipped.. Well I forgot about it and emailed them Monday about the coupon that I never received. They aplogozed but said the coupon expired. They did however issue my a $10 merchandise gift card. I did get my lithographs though....

They forgot my Frozen lithographs too. But when I emailed them to ask when to expect them, they apologized and shipped them to me right away. I got them yesterday (April 1).

As for the $20/off $40+ coupons, last year I never got the email with the coupon code (truth - I simply never got it - checked SPAM filters and everything). Once I noticed, I reported it to Disney via email and they apologized and emailed me a $20 code to be used off a future purchase. Best part - it didn't have an expiration date so I was able to wait for a sale and use it then.

Both of these cases are examples of the excellent customer service we've come to expect from Disney. I suggest anyone who missed out on either the prints or the coupon to email Disneystore and ask for what you were promised. ;)
