Is anyone else having trouble getting through to Disney reservations this morning? I am trying to call about a reservation I made yesterday online (never got an email confirmation, and it doesn't show when I log into my account, yet the charges are pending on my credit card). Plus I want to see if I have a PIN code that will be any better than the public code.
Anyway, when I try to call, it picks up as usual, but after the "thank you for calling" part in English, it switches over to an entirely Spanish version of the phone menu. Has anyone else been able to get into the English phone menu & to speak to a representative this morning?
