Problems with OLCI (Virgin)

Just thought I would go into my booking and see if we could check in on line but it will now allow us dont know if its because we have an infant or if they have aready pre booked us seats.

Not long now.

Not sure if you can do OLCI with an infant It could be any one of a variety of reasons. Are you too early perhaps? I know that if any of you are picked by the system for a random security check it also won't allow it. I don't believe it is related to whether or not you have booked seats as you are meant to have the option to change them if you wish when you do OLCI.

We fly put on Sunday morning so should be able to see option but not there. Hopefully thay have given us the skycoat with bulkhead seats, if not then Im willing to pay for these.

Do you not have to wait until 24 hours out to check in online, or has it changed? I think you are too early tbh. I am still fairly certain that you can't book bulkhead seats online, one of the reasons being that they give first priority to those with infants as this is the only place they can secure a skycot. Let us know tomorrow how it goes

Olci is 24 hours so tom you might be able to but im not sure you can with an infant, you couldnt when i worked there

Yes ............ 24 hours out ............... we should be able to do OLCI at 2pm today ....... 3 e-tickets though so lets hope it goes to plan

Looked today and its there for me to do, but when I went to do this it only came up with my name and my GD, it didnt have my DW or DD1 and DD2. Think I will just leave it and get to airport early.
