Problems with my Disney experience

Hi everyone. Not sure where to post this. I made 3 resort room reservations for our family in May and I just called Disney and added the park tickets. I linked our reservation in my Disney experience after I called the second time. My daughter had already linked her reservation in her my Disney experience back in May. When she goes back into her my Disney experience, her park tickets are not showing up. Before I call Disney back is there anything she can do to fix it? Thanks
 
I’ve never bought packages before. When you got the tickets, did they give you ticket numbers to link up yourself or did they say they would link them automatically for you?
 
So you did this over the phone, not by signing in to MDE and buying the tickets?
When you buy online you assign a guest to each ticket and it is so easy
There should be a way to link each ticket confirmation number you have been given to a guest on your MDE account
When you bought the tickets did they ask you for your my Disney experience account info?
I've never bought anything over the phone, I always just buy online. The few things that you can't purchase online I'm sure they've asked for the account info
