Problems with Milesource?

Anyone else having problems getting credit for shopping through Milesource? I've made 4 purchases in the last month... and have yet to see any points! The oldest of the purchases is just over 30 days old!

That is a common problem at milesource. Good luck ever getting credit!

I keep track on paper my purchases until they are credited. Also helps to keep the confirmation email you received from the place you shopped. After I dropped an email to Milesource about a purchase, within one or two days it showed up in my account.

I learned that the hard way, keeping copies of the confirmation emails... only twice now I have emailed them, with no response! It makes me so mad that for the merchants who are also on Suzykats, I refuse to use Milesource!
