Problems with local Disney Store

Hi, I am having a problem with the manager of my local Disney Store a bout a Monsters, Inc. DVD and have tried to email the Disney Store 2x this week but have not gotten a response. Does anyone have a phone # for store complaints or an address that I can write to about this problem? Or any other suggestions? Disney is usually exemplary with their customer service but this guy was rude and I would like to report him. Thanks for any info.

There is a number you can call for TDS Guest Service issues. I can't remember it but I can get it tomorrow for you. I don't know what e-mail address you are using for the Disney Store, but a call is the best way to resolve it. You will speak directly with someone at TDS Homebase rather than someone forwarding letters or e-mails to the right person.
 
The number for TDS Guest Service issues is 1-818-265-4660. Call them and tell them your concerns. They will take care of it for you.
