Problems with DisneyShopping.com Anyone?

I am just about ready to pull my hair out!! I have just tried for about the 10th time to place a substantial order at DisneyShopping.com, and it will not allow anything to go into my cart!! :confused:

I then tried to register, and it gave me the "sorry, you cant register right now" message. What the ??????? :crazy2:

Am I doing something wrong? This is my first time ordering from them, if I get to order, that is.
 
Call them at 1-800-237-5751

Do you have any "pop up block" software running - sometimes mine blocks me from doing things. I turn it off and then when I'm finished turn it back on.
 
I had a similar problem last night. I was buying my last Christmas present for DD last night, which was a sleeping bag. Maybe they were just messing with me since it was the only thing I needed yet...

Everytime I went to apply a coupon code from my shopping cart, it would come back saying my cart was empty.... I did this about 5 times and I was about ready to call it in. Well, out of nowhere, the 6th time worked. It was about time.

Again, I feel for what you are going through but mine was a little easier since it was only one item. I'll send some pixie dust your way!!!
 
I've gotten that "Sorry you can't register right now" a few times also. Drives you nuts doesn't it"?
 

I got the same thing when I tried to log in.... after trying for about 5 times I just regesitered under a new user name and it finally worked.... I wrote to them about the problem but still havent heard back from them
 
That site is wacked up....Last week I had a code in my cart and when it refreshed it took it out and I could never get it back in , still can't get it in and today they sent a new code for 25% off toys and that won't go in. I tried reregistering and it still wouldn't go in, even tried a different computer and differnent ISP. I think they made some adjustment after the stacking problem they had(a month ago people were stacking multiple codes for huge discounts) and they fixed it and now you can't get any codes in. I had to call and that was another disaster, still don't know if that is straightened out and I have been on the phone with them 2X 45 min and 25 min. Hope you all get your issues solved. :earsgirl:
 
Mine finally went through on the sixth try and I even got an email confirmation. I hope everything is alright. I even called to verify that they received it. This is the last item I need for DD for Christmas and I will be IRRATE if something falls through.
