Problems with CRO reservation

:listen: Does anyone ever have a problem with CRO? I have been booked for a while now and have been making payments regularly - called several times to correct a name and also added the dining plan - everything appeared fine

I am a bit confused at this point

The reservation confirmation I just received states that only the guests in 1 room (I have 2 connecting rooms) have the dining plan....And my son's name is still not spelled correctly

After all the thinking that I have gotten a great deal...I am worried that they are now going to charge me more to fix this error...
 
Ok...just got off the 25 minute call with CRO - whoops it was there mistake.... the balance is now almost $400.00 more with adding dining...

So I asked the CM what the package price would be if I took away the dining - she said "uhhh" like she did not want to assist me and said "well it's about $38.00 for adults and $10.00 for kids - so if you add it and subtract that from your balance you'll see" How rude!!! :sad2:

Does anyone have problems with CRO????

if tis there mistake they should fix it
does your paperwork say you have dining and everything you wanted?
CRO always makes mistakes all companies do thats why you have to check your paperwork
 
CRO can be notorious for screwing things up. As with any company, there are wonderful employees, and some who just don't try and don't care. Unfortunately, I got one of these lackluster ones once - I was trying to book a single room at POFQ for six nights for one person (me) on a solo trip. Sounds simple, right? When I got my reservations, I had THREE ROOMS booked for a total of SIX people!!! :faint: The employee (without asking) placed every last family member I ever traveled with in the other rooms. I told her it was a SOLO trip!! What would a solo do with three rooms? :confused: I never mentioned these other people!

Called back, got a great employee to get it all straightened out, so all was well. :)
 

I have always gotten great CM's. Some might have been a little slower than others, but everything was always repeated at least 3 times and I changed over from room ressie's only to basic package. I want to add the dining on, but I am waiting till I almost get the package paid off, then I will book the dining.

I am hoping some incentive will pop up for Easter. I wouldn't mind free park hopping, with my package.

You can always look up your ressie at the WDW web page, I just wouldn't make any changes on it.
 
Yup! I once tried to reserve 3 rooms for 3 different familes for the same trip & boy did they have it screwed up - BUT I think I had a new CRO, he kept putting me on hold forever....so I've learned my lesson & always always always call back, even the same hour, just to get another CRO to confirm everything. Most are delightful, helpful & know their stuff - but a confirmation always puts my mind at ease! Now if they'd just have a toll-free number.....

I don't have problems with them because I don't ask them to do more than I know they are capable of doing. That might sound bad but truly most are just sitting in a very crowded room, with phones constantly ringing, calls on hold and they literally can only tell you what they can read off their computer screen.

Hence the comment about what it would cost to drop the DDP, they truly do not know. It's kinda like going to McDonald's and expecting a gourmet meal. If you want professional personalized service, then book with a Disney travel specialist.
