Does anyone ever have a problem with CRO? I have been booked for a while now and have been making payments regularly - called several times to correct a name and also added the dining plan - everything appeared fineI am a bit confused at this point
The reservation confirmation I just received states that only the guests in 1 room (I have 2 connecting rooms) have the dining plan....And my son's name is still not spelled correctly
After all the thinking that I have gotten a great deal...I am worried that they are now going to charge me more to fix this error...
The employee (without asking) placed every last family member I ever traveled with in the other rooms. I told her it was a SOLO trip!! What would a solo do with three rooms?
I never mentioned these other people!
