Update, 1-19-2007: They fixed it!

I finally got around to entering some of my codes from the real life pin series that was shipped to me by WDW Mail Order in December. I entered a code for a Galleon Chair, Treasure chair, and 2 Firewalls with no problems. Then I entered the code for the lone (aka one and only one) Crow's Nest stool and post I had received. Again, no problem.
Then, I entered the code for the one and only Ship's Stern Chair I had gotten. And it gave me another Crow's Nest stool and post instead.
I sent the code into Contact Us, and it said I hadn't provided a 16 figure code with 3 dashes (I had). So, I sent a detailed explanation to Contact Us via the "None of the above" option.
I left the stool and post I shouldn't have gotten in my inventory and told them this, in the hopes that they will remove those two items and replace them with the chair I was supposed to get.
My question is, those of you who have had a similar problem-- has it ever been fixed? Has the wrong item(s) been removed and the right one(s) put in your inventory?
I sure hope so. I'm really disappointed right now.
