i know it probarly not harry potter but in the news story it qoutes OrlandoSentinel.com. as i sorce to it being the harry potter ride.

Did you watch the video? They interviewed one of the people who was stuck and she said after being stuck on the ride for an hour and half all Universal did was give them a Fast Pass...only good for the one hour left that the park was going to be open. How many people want to run right onto another ride after being stuck on a ride for an hour or more?

You know the more I hear about the poor customer service at Uni the more I wo nder what the heck I am doing planning to go there in about a week before we head to WDW...

I was stuck on a ride at WDW for 30 minutes and got nothing, not even a, "Sorry 'bout your luck." They never even turned the soundtrack off.

I still hate that room on TGMR.
