Problems Purchasing Onboard Gifts

Is anyone else having trouble with the Onboard Gifts site?

I selected the items I wanted, went to the cart, entered my credit card information and then there is no "Continue" or "Next" button- nothing for me to press to finish the purchase?

Are you within 3 days of sail date? Then it’s too late.

If not, I suspect an IT glitch. Anytime it is involved. Go do something else, come back hours later. Just like check-in.

Haha - just realized it’s the anniversary couple.

Hahaha… no we leave March 18th must be an IT problem. What a shocker.

I had the same issue several times and scrolled back up and clicked on where I entered my email because it was highlighted in yellow even though it was correct. Then I hit the tab key and scrolled down and the issue was fixed. Weird, but it works.

I love Disney IT… . My daughter is a cast member. One recent midnight, Disney opened up their cast website for cast members to register for the chance to ride the new TRON coaster before it opens. The site crashed and was down for a couple of hours. So it isn’t just the guests who have these issues.

Mine did the same thing, but I left the tab open and the order button eventually appeard. But once I clicked on it, I got an error. Can't even tell if the order went through - guess I need to check my card. Disney really knows how to make a great pre-cruise impression. /s

I got an email as soon as the purchase went through- so maybe check for an email.

I can't WAIT to check in at midnight tonight. Should be tons of Disney IT fun!

I am so glad it worked. It happens every time I add gifts or onboard credit for a cruise, and it takes me a minute to remember!
