Problems purchasing Annual Pass on-lone

For the past 3 days I've attempted to purchase our DVC-discounted Annual Passes on-line (through the website that is linked to the DVCmembers.com page).

Everytime I'm about to complete the transaction- a message appears: We are sorry - the tickets that you have selected are temporarily unavailable. Please try back in a few minutes.

Is anyone else experienceing this problem? Should I just buy these over the phone? Does anyone know what number to call for that?

JMC - I didn't have problems with the online area so can't confirm that, but I did just call Member Services to buy mine. I used the mail option (added $3) to get the actual paper so I'd have the voucher number to be able to order the DDE card. I ordered the AP on Thursday I believe and it came in the mail today! (Monday). Seems like record time! They had told me to expect it October 4th.

I had a problem all day yesterday, but I finally was able to purchase my AP. The only problem is that I did will call and I should have done delivery because now I can't get my DDE card until I order our other 2 passes which stinks royaly!

DDE stands for Disney Dining Experience. AP holders can join for $50. Membership is good for one year. You get 20% off food and alcohol at most table service and a few of the counter service restaurants. For more info: http://www.allearsnet.com/din/dde.htm

I can beat that! I live in the UK and ordered on line Sunday night it arrived in the post from US :rolleyes: Wednesday morning unbelievable!!!
 
I ordered a DVC-discounted PAP online yesterday with only a couple glitches that I was able to overcome (the # of passes you were ordering wouldn't come up with a number present - all the spaces were blank, but I took a guess and got lucky witht the #1).

This happened to me every time I tried to buy passes this way. What's disturbing is that I tried more than a month ago. I can't believe this problem hasn't been fixed after all this time. Very unprofessional.

But anway, your best bet is just to call.

I ordered mine online last Thursday with no problem and received them on Saturday. I was told to expect them on October 4th also.
 
I ordered ours in August for will call. I used Disney Visa rewards and my Visa card for the on line payment. I printed my confirmation page and when we got to WDW I went to Guest Services at DTD gave them my confirmation paper and she told me that the Annual Passes weren't paid for. I called to verify that the charges weren't posted to my Visa. Somehow, the computer never used my rewards $ nor a charge to my Visa, but gave me a confirmation. :confused3 Once I paid for them at Guest Services, everything was fine.

I couldn't get the web site to accept my rewards number either. It kept insisting that the rewards number was incorrect. I did, however get it to take my card number if I didn't fill in the rewards portion. I too ordered on a Monday and had them the same Friday.
