Problems Linking 14 Day Ultimate to MDE

I have just purchased our 14 day ultimate tickets direct from Disney and am having problems linking them. When I go into MDE to link it gives me the option of scanning the barcode or entering the number...the scanner doesn't do anything it is just a white box, am I missing something? If I try to enter the number it doesn't like it...if I omit the first 4 letters it then asks me to enter my four digit pin...

Any help would be appreciated, I am hoping I do not have to wait until we pick up our tickets...otherwise I would have purchased elsewhere!

You should receive an email with the confirmation codes in that should link - like the sample on the MDE page.

If you are still stuck give them a call and they will help you.

first off, you can't link it in the MDE mobile application, but rather on the full MDE website...
you enter the full number that is right by the bar code (it's a long code that starts with 4 letters)...you input the entire thing...
that should work..
if you're having a problem, call the number that you got with your confirmation email.
