Okay so here is my problem. When I go on VMK a black screen shows up. I went to Contact Us and it said I needed to update my Shockwave program but I do not know how to do that. I clicked on the link and it says I have already downloaded Shockwave. I do not know what to do and I need to get on VMK today to get the new hat. Can someone help me?
