Problems cancelling online?

I have tried to cancel a couple reservations for September: Coral Reef and Le Chefs De France, but I keep getting the message "cancellation for this dining event is not available online"

Is this just an error with their website that will work out or am I really going to have to call to cancel? Anyone else with this issue? Thanks!
 
I got the same message and I was able to cancel a couple weeks ago but not now.
 
I got the same thing when I decided to cancel Liberty Tree and book Plaza instead. I had to call in to cancel the Liberty Tree.

What disturbs me most is the website LET me make the reservation at the Plaza without canceling the one at Liberty Tree Tavern. The reservations were for the same date and generally the same time. So, I then started to wonder if through some hiccup the website was allowing people to double book reservations....not so cool for general reservation availability for everyone.
 
This just happened to me this morning. Got the same message and pulled up my reservations again and tried cancelling again and it went through the second time. Got the cancellation email also
