I wanted to let ya'll know my experience. At my 180 day mark I logged on to make my ARSs, which went perfectly, but I couldn't make an ADR for Fantasmic pkg at MM. The calendar for Sept and Oct is grayed out and the dates cannot be selected or searched.
I called and spoke with a CM who told me that was just becuase the ADRs are sold out. I explained that couldn't be the case as all the other sold out dates are still search-able, however, she was insistent.
I still thought they had a technical problem so I sent an email via the contact us page.
I rec'd a call yesterday from a CM in the customer feedback office. She was wonderful
, she verified that there is a system issue, not all the reservations has been released and said they are working on fixing it. She also got me the ARD I wanted, which was very kind of her.
So, if you're trying to book Fantasmic for that time and can't, you may want to call or shoot them an email and see if its more system issues or if they're genuinely booked up.
