Problems booking AirTran online

I've been playing around with airfare and schedules for awhile but I think I'm finally ready to book. When I go on AirTran's website it will let me select the flights and when it comes to the next screen with the total cost there are just letters and numbers. (Earn 1 A+ credit $NaN $NaN - Coach)
Every once in awhile it will give the airfare then I click continue and it takes me back to the main screen or back to the screen to select flights. This has happened several times and I don't know what to do. I don't want to spend $15 for someone else to do it for me and I'd rather not book through Kayak, Travelocity, etc.
Has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you fix it? I emptied my cookies and have performed virus scans. I'm at a loss so any help would be appreciated. TIA!

I would call them and say that you are having issues with the website. They shouldn't charge you for something you can't control. If they try to hang up or ask to speak with a manager.

The site is kooky this morning. I looked at our return flights and all but one was sold out for December.... seemed odd but after clearing my cookies and linking thru Kayak all but 1 flight had lower cost openings. (I am not running to book at $135 one way but its there.)

Thanks for the responses. I wasn't able to book from my computer today so I had DH try at work and he had no problems. I just let him book the airfare and I'll just assume it's something with my computer. Thanks!
