Problem with TouringPlans.com?

Hi everyone.

Ive just tried to log into my TouringPlans account and it is saying that my account is not recognised? I puchased a years subscription 6 months ago so I'm hoping this is just a small system blip, wondering if anyone else has the same problem?

I've emailed them, but goodness knows if I'll get a reply!

I'm now 15days away from leaving

If you don't get a response quickly, you could try sending a PM to lentesta. He's the president of touring plans. So he could expedite your request if necessary.

Just FYI, I've been contacted quickly whenever I've emailed with any issues.
