Problem with tickets in MDE

I added extended our resort reservation by another day and changed our 5 day tickets to 6 day. The changes in the resort reservation show up in MDE, but it still shows 5 day tickets. I got a confirmation email from WDW so I k so the change was made to the tickets. Does MDE need time to update for the ticket change or is this something I need to call about? TIA.
 
Are you looking at the MDE app on your phone or the web site? The web site will have the most current data and well the app is sometimes late to the party. How long ago did you make the change?

I had a similar problem with my tickets not showing after changing my travel dates. I was told to log out, refresh and log back in to my MDE. That worked. Maybe something that easy will work for you before calling. Good luck.
 
I had a similar issue after changing my 5 day tickets to 6 days and ended up having to contact Disney in order to make the last day of park reservations. I just contacted them by chat instead of calling. It was pretty quick and easy 🙂.
 

I made the change this morning. I’ve checked MDE on both the website and the app, logging in and out several times, and it still just shows the 5 day ticket. I didn’t realize you could do chat on instead of calling. I think I’ll try that.
 
I just checked the site and don’t see the option for chat, just calling and email. I’ll probably try calling tomorrow. I already spent over an hour on hold before talking to someone today, I don’t think I can do that again today.

You can also chat in the MDE app. I had to do this last weekend as well. It took a few minutes and then the number of tickets was updated.

The chat feature floats on the right side of your web browser session near the Covid-19 banner overlay. It is currently "Greyed out" meaning the reps are all busy right now but they are normally available 7 AM- 11 PM ET.

I had this exact same problem when we increased our package length. They were not able to help me on the regular reservation line. But they were able to fix it on the tech support line: 407-939-7917. You might also find that call line has lower wait times than reservations.

Thanks for the number. I tried calling awhile ago but was on hold for about 25 minutes before I had things to do and hung up. I’ll try again tomorrow.
 
Just as an update, after a minimal wait today I called the number above and got someone who was very helpful and now the 6 day ticket is showing in MDE.
