Problem with our Virgin booking

I need some advice to deal with a problem we have with our Virgin booking.
We are booked to stay at POR this September. The problem became apparent when I recently made our ADR's. According to Disney we are booked to stay at POFQ. I contacted Virgin who assured us that we are booked to stay at POR as per our booking cofirmation, however the rep I spoke to did not fill me with confidence as I am not sure he understood my problem.
What is the best way to resolve this, would my best bet be to ring Disney direct and if so what number.

we have had this before with virgin, we turned up at one hotel at st petes and no reservation but had all the vouchers from virgin

We also had booked all star movies had the voucher got there and we were in music

would call the uk call centre, there is a number on one of the threads on here
